before listing
Does the center director need to be a certified instructor?
The technical director or person in charge must hold a Pilates Method certification. Upon registration you must provide the training institution and certification year. The Pilonboard team may request supporting documentation.
How long does listing approval take?
The approval process takes 24 to 72 business hours from the time you complete the form and process payment.
Can I update the listing after it's published?
Yes, you can update all listing data at any time from your user panel at no extra cost.
What happens if I cancel my membership?
Your listing is unpublished automatically at the end of the paid period. Your data is kept for 90 days so you can reactivate without filling out the form again.
Is the management panel an extra cost?
No. Access to the management panel at app.pilonboard.com.ar is included in all plans at no additional charge.
