Do I need to be a certified instructor to publish my profile?
Yes. Pilonboard is a directory for certified professionals. Upon registration you must provide your training institution and certification year. The Pilonboard team may request supporting documentation.
How long does profile approval take?
The approval process takes 24 to 72 business hours from the time you complete the form and process payment.
Can I update my profile after it's published?
Yes, you can update all your profile data at any time from your user panel at no extra cost.
What happens if I cancel my membership?
Your profile is unpublished automatically at the end of the paid period. Your data is kept for 90 days so you can reactivate without filling out the form again.
Is the management panel an extra cost?
No. Access to the management panel at app.pilonboard.com.ar is included in all plans at no additional charge.
