payments & invoicing
Are prices inclusive of taxes?
No. Prices are in USD and do not include taxes. Applicable taxes are added based on the user's tax status at the time of invoicing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We process payments via Mercado Pago (credit/debit cards, bank transfer) and accept international bank transfers. For international wire transfers, email us at administracion@pilonboard.com.ar and send proof of payment. International transfers may take up to 72 hours to clear.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your user panel. Changes apply at the start of the next billing period.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time from your panel. The subscription remains active until the end of the paid period and no further charges are made.
